Irritated

Man, I knew that blogging from abroad would be challenging, but this is ridiculous!
Sorry all. I plan on filling in all the gaps when we get home and providing posts that summarize and exhibit all of the places we have visited.
In the meantime I'll just have to be happy with providing you with bits and pieces.

As you know we started in Iceland, traveled to France, and then were in China for about 3 weeks.

After China we traveled down to Vietnam where we met some wonderful people.

Dominic and Marie from Quebec

In Vientam we visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, and Hoi An. We limited our travels to towns that begin with the letter "h", it seemed like a logical way to plan our trip.
Just kidding, yeah, for some reason the best places in Vietnam seem to start with "h".

After Vietnam we took a 22 hour bus ride to Pakse in Laos. I'm going to write a post about that another time because it deserves an entire blog post of its own.

In Laos we stayed with a family. My dear friends "The Vo's" in Mass. have family in Laos, so we stayed with them for a few days.
They were the sweetest, most charming, generous, beautiful people.

I'm loading some photos on to Facebook with the hopes of transfering them here.
It's difficult to post photos on the blog because our camera takes high quality photos, but they are just too big to post on this blog.

So stay tuned for photos.

Right now we are in Bangkok/Babylon.
We are hopefully leaving tomorrow for Ko Tao, a quiet island with white sand beaches and blue water!!!!!!!!!!

Two things

1. Sorry about the lack of posts lately. We have been in China for the past 3 weeks where we worked daily from about 7am to 12am. China blocks blogger and Facebook (among other sites) so we were not able to access our blog.
We hope to be able to get back on track now that we are in Vietnam.
Please keep checking back to see some of our adventures.
We had a fantastic time in China.
2. The formatting of the blog varies depending on your computer, your web browser and the one that I use when posting the blog. I apologize for the messed up formatting.

We are in Hanoi, Vietnam. We arrived here via bus today after spending 3 days in Nanning, a city that features all the bad aspects of China and not the good ones.

We are very happy about the prospect of good coffee her in Vietnam tomorrow. We haven't had good coffee since France.

I'm hoping that we can get some good pictures up tomorrow.

Thanks for hanging in there.

By the way, we were not quarantined, although we know some people that were.

Tomorrow we will shop at the big marked in Hanoi and then plan our trip to Halong Bay.
